Danfoss ICF Valve Stations
Danfoss ICF combination valve stations pack shut-off, strainer, solenoid, regulating and check functions into a single compact welded housing — replacing a whole string of conventional valves with fewer welds, fewer leak points and shorter installation time.
Every station is supplied as a complete assembly, high-pressure tested with all functions verified under factory-controlled conditions. One code number equals one application solution. Key features
- Housing sizes ICF 15, 20, 25, 50, 65 with 2, 4 or 6 function-module ports (ICF 65: max 3)
- Max. working pressure 65 bar (ICF 20/25) / 52 bar (ICF 15/50/65); temperature range –60 °C to +120 °C
- For HCFC, non-flammable HFC, R717 (ammonia) and R744 (CO2); flammable hydrocarbons not recommended
- Direct weld connections (butt weld DIN/ANSI, socket weld ANSI) — no flange leak paths
- Modular concept: service by swapping the function module; side ports for gauges, transmitters, sight glasses (all housings except ICF 20-2)
- Low-temperature steel housing with zinc-TLP corrosion protection; new NeoCharge function module available

Ordering codes for Danfoss ICF 15/20 EVRAT plug-and-play retrofit combination valves (solenoid valve + strainer + manual opener in one housing, replacing directly coupled FA + EVRA/T valves) and their separately ordered ICFE coils.
