All products supplied by Wenzhou Phonetoo Electromechanical Co., Ltd. are brand-new, genuine Danfoss stock. If something is not right with your order, we will make it right.
You may return unused products in their original, unopened packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund or replacement. To start a return, contact us with your order details and the reason for the return.
If you receive a defective product or an item different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund, and we cover the return shipping in these cases.
For returns for other reasons (e.g. ordering the wrong model), the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Products must be returned in resalable condition; items that have been installed, modified or damaged cannot be returned.
Danfoss manufacturer warranty applies to all products. As an authorized Danfoss distributor in China, we assist with warranty claims — contact us with the product model, code number and a description of the issue.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned goods.
